Why I changed my approach to glucose management?

I spent most of my late 40s obsessing over keto and strict low-carb diets. While they worked initially, my energy plummeted and the numbers eventually stalled. I needed something that didn’t feel like a constant battle against my own body. After watching a presentation by a doctor regarding blood sugar support, I decided to try a different strategy.

I started taking GlucoBerry (usually discouted here) about four months ago. The first few weeks were subtle—no huge changes, just slightly more stable energy in the afternoons. By month two, my fasting numbers started showing a more consistent downward trend. I paired GlucoBerry with a moderate walk after dinner and kept my daily carbs around 100g.

What I like about GlucoBerry is that I don’t feel as “cloudy” after meals. It’s not a miracle cure, though. I had a plateau in month three when I got lazy with my walking, so the lifestyle part is still crucial. Also, the pills are a bit large, which is a downside for me. Overall, it’s been a much more sustainable addition than the extreme dieting I tried before.

Interesting. I’ve been struggling with that same ‘cloudy’ feeling after lunch lately. Which doctor’s video are you talking about? I’ve seen a few circulating lately.

I’m always a bit wary of supplements. Did you notice any stomach issues when you first started? My system is pretty sensitive to anything new.

The keto burnout is real. I did it for a year and my numbers were great, but I felt like a zombie. Finding a middle ground with some help seems like a better long-term plan.

How much walking are we talking about? I try to get 15 minutes in but I’m not sure if that’s enough to move the needle.
