Tired of topical creams failing so I switched to an internal approach?

For years, I only used antiviral creams once a tingle started. It was reactive and frankly, it barely shortened the healing time. I also tried high-dose Lysine, but my stomach couldn’t handle the acidity every morning. I realized I was treating the symptom rather than my underlying immune resilience.

Lately, after researching antioxidant blends, I started using TonicGreens (i buy here) daily. It’s a powder focused on immune support. Unlike the pills that made me nauseous, this felt like a natural addition to my morning routine. Since starting TonicGreens, I’ve found it much easier to stay consistent. By month two, the frequency of my flares dropped significantly.

By month four, I noticed that even when I was stressed—my biggest trigger—I wasn’t getting the usual nerve pain. It hasn’t been a magic cure; I had one minor spot during a bad flu in November. However, using TonicGreens has made my management much more predictable. It’s not the cheapest option, and the taste is a bit earthy, but for me, it’s been a game changer compared to just waiting for a blister to appear.

I’ve been on TonicGreens for three months now and it’s the first time I’ve gone through a seasonal change without a flare-up. It really helps the immune system stay resilient when you’re run down.

Did you notice any difference in the healing time for that one spot you did get in November? I find that even if I can’t stop them entirely, making them go away faster is half the battle.

I’m always a bit skeptical of powder blends. Are there any specific ingredients in there that are supposed to help with the nerve tingles? That’s the part I hate the most.

Switched to TonicGreens after seeing my doctor and it definitely shortens the duration if one does pop up. Much better than those greasy creams that just make the area look worse.

Diet makes a huge difference too. I had to cut out nuts and chocolate because of the arginine. It’s a pain but when combined with a good immune supplement, it really helps.

I feel your pain on the Lysine pills. They are huge and so hard on the stomach if you haven’t eaten a full meal. Glad you found something that works better for your routine.

How exactly do you mix it? I’ve tried a few greens powders before and they never seem to dissolve right in just water.

I made the mistake of trying to ‘dry scoop’ a different brand once. Never again. Now I just put everything in a blender with a frozen banana to mask the earthy taste.

Being over 50, my immune system just doesn’t bounce back like it used to. I’ve been looking for something more comprehensive than just a basic multivitamin.

Agreed. Focusing on the inside is the only way to get ahead of the cycle.

Is it worth the price? I see these ads for supplements all the time and they’re usually $50-60 a month. That adds up fast if you’re on a fixed income.

Stress management is huge. If I don’t sleep at least 7 hours, I can feel the tingles starting. No supplement can fix a lack of sleep, but they definitely help provide a safety net.

Can confirm that TonicGreens worked for me too. I used to get them every time I got a cold, but my immune system feels much stronger lately. Haven’t had a breakout since January.

Just make sure to check with your pharmacist if you’re on other meds. Some of these antioxidant blends can have interactions with blood pressure stuff.

How long did it take before you really felt the ‘resilience’ part? I’m on week three of a new routine and I’m still feeling a bit sluggish.

Adding TonicGreens to my breakfast was the best move. No more constant worrying about triggers like sunlight or stress. It’s given me back a lot of confidence.
