Should I warn my yoga instructor?

The Situation:
I recently joined a boutique hot yoga studio to help with my stress levels. It’s been great, but lately, I’ve been positioned next to the same regular who clearly has a severe fungal issue. Their feet are visibly peeling, and a few toenails are thick and dark yellow.

My Concern:
The problem is they don’t use a personal towel. They use the studio’s shared mats and leave visible flakes behind after the session. In a humid, 95-degree room, I’m terrified of catching something, especially since we’re often moving around the same floor space. I’ve always been meticulous about my foot health, but this feels like a ticking time bomb for an infection.

What would you do?
I don’t want to be “that person” who complains to management or shames a fellow student. However, the hygiene aspect is really bothering me. Should I bring it up to the front desk privately, or just keep my distance and hope for the best?
