Have I harmed my infant? I've been putting vanilla extract in my baby's muffins

My little girl is currently undergoing an egg ladder for her allergies, requiring her to consume 15-30 grams of muffin every day. I just realized from another post that vanilla extract has alcohol in it. I’m not a baker, so I honestly had no idea and never even thought about it. I’ve been adding 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract to a batch of 6 muffins, and I’m panicking that I’ve been inadvertently giving my baby alcohol for the past six weeks. She’s 11 months old, weighs 19 pounds, and has been on this egg challenge for a month and a half now. I feel like I’ve made a huge mistake. Is my daughter going to be alright? How serious is this? I’m looking for advice, maybe from a pediatrician? Do I need to inform her doctor about this? Here is the recipe I use: 1 cup flour, 2 large eggs, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 cup applesauce, 1 banana, 1/4 cup coconut oil, and 1/2 cup formula.

When you bake with vanilla extract, the alcohol content evaporates during the cooking process.
