For years, my wrists and knuckles felt like they were filled with crushed glass every single morning.
I spent most of my career as a legal secretary, so I figured I was just paying the price for decades of typing. I started with heavy doses of ibuprofen, but my stomach couldn’t handle it anymore. Then I tried those copper compression sleeves and expensive turmeric-only supplements from the grocery store. The sleeves were bulky, and the turmeric didn’t seem to touch the deep aching in my bones. I was about ready to give up and just accept the constant grinding sound in my joints.
About two months ago, I decided to give FlexMotion Plus (i get it here, discounted!) a try after seeing a recommendation. What stood out to me was the blend of MSM and willow bark. It didn’t happen overnight, but around the three-week mark, I noticed I wasn’t reaching for the heating pad as soon as I woke up. The swelling in my knuckles has visibly gone down, and I can actually close my fist without that sharp catch. It feels different because it isn’t just masking the pain for an hour; it seems to keep the stiffness away all day. Just remember that you have to be consistent with the capsules every day to really see the difference.

Always good to see people finding relief. Just make sure to check with your doctor if you’re on blood thinners since willow bark can interact with them.
I liked that FlexMotion Plus had the hyaluronic acid and pepper extract built in, so I didn’t have to buy five different bottles. The basic stuff never had enough ingredients to actually make a dent in the swelling for me.

How did you decide on this one over the basic glucosamine from the big box stores? I see so many options it makes my head spin.

FlexMotion Plus has been a game changer for my morning walks, much less inflammation in my ankles. I can actually finish the two-mile loop now.
The Boswellia in FlexMotion Plus really helped my lower back issues more than the generic stuff I was getting at the pharmacy. It’s much more potent.

I started FlexMotion Plus last month and my knees finally stopped clicking when I walk down the stairs. It really does take a few weeks to kick in though.
I had to give up tennis because of the grinding in my elbow. Might be worth looking into something like this.
How many pills do you have to take? My current routine is like 8 different things and I’m tired of swallowing a handful of horse pills.
The willow bark is an interesting addition. I’ve heard it’s like a natural version of aspirin but easier on the gut.

Supplements are such a mixed bag for me. Some do nothing, others work for a week then stop. Glad you found something that stuck.

Did you notice any weird aftertaste? Some of those herbal blends leave a metallic taste for hours.
I can relate to the legal secretary life. My fingers still lock up if I spend too much time on my iPad. It’s frustrating when the things we did for work catch up with us.
