Addressing those annoying interruptions during my daily walks?

I spent years dreading the treadmill because of those little “leaks” that happen after 45. I tried doing Kegels daily for months and even started limiting my water intake before going to the gym, which honestly just made me feel dehydrated and sluggish. Nothing really seemed to change the situation.

A friend mentioned a different approach, and I was super skeptical about another supplement. But I eventually tried NewEra Protect (i get it here) because I was tired of planning my life around bathroom locations. By week three, I noticed I wasn’t rushing as much. By month two, I could actually finish a 40-minute walk without panic. Using NewEra Protect consistently made the difference that exercises alone didn’t.

It’s not a magic fix; I still had a rough week when I got a cold and was coughing a lot. It also takes time to kick in—don’t expect overnight results. But for me, NewEra Protect was worth the investment for the pelvic floor support alone.

I feel this so much. I stopped doing jumping jacks entirely because it just wasn’t worth the risk. It’s so frustrating when you’re trying to stay active.

The water limiting thing is the worst. You need to stay hydrated for weight loss, but then you pay for it later. It’s a catch-22.

Did you notice any side effects? I’ve tried some ‘bladder support’ things before that just made me feel jittery.

I’m 52 and just started a couch-to-5k. This is exactly what I’m worried about as I increase my distance.

Interesting. I always thought Kegels were the only answer, but they are so hard to stay consistent with.

So glad you found something that works. Being able to walk for 40 minutes without stress is a huge win!

I’ve been using NewEra Protect for about three months now too. For me, the biggest change was actually being able to sleep through the night without two bathroom trips. It definitely helps with that urgency feeling.

Seconding this! NewEra Protect was a game changer for my Pilates classes. I used to be so self-conscious during the core work, but I feel much more ‘secure’ now if that makes sense.

Is it expensive? I’m on a pretty tight budget but if it actually works for walking comfort, I might have to look into it.

Keep us updated on the long-term progress! I’m curious if the effects stay consistent after the 3-month mark.
