Has anyone here dealt with tinnitus for 1-2 years and actually found a way to quiet it down or make it go away?

If it’s genuine tinnitus, it’s unfortunately permanent with no known cure. I’ve had mine for over 30 years, so I’ve just adapted to it by this point.

I had it for 8 months, then it went away for 6 years before resurfacing recently. Despite what some claim, it can be reversible in certain cases.

Mine is still present, but I’ve definitely come across people who fixed theirs—though usually, those cases are related to TMJ or cervical issues rather than noise-induced damage.
