I’ve been dealing with HSV-1 for years. Every time I got stressed or didn’t sleep, a new cluster would pop up. I tried high-dose Lysine and every topical cream under the sun, but they only ever shortened the healing time by a day or two. I needed something that actually helped my body fight back before the tingling even started.

About three months ago, I started using TonicGreens ([ordered here](https://hop.clickbank.net/?affiliate=indigo7177&vendor=hgreens&pid=home&tid=forum)) daily. Unlike the heavy pills I took before, this was a simple drink. By week four, I noticed the usual “tingle” I get before a flare-up didn’t turn into a full blister. It just faded away.

By month three on TonicGreens, my skin feels much more resilient. I’m not saying it’s a miracle—I did have one small bump after a very rough work week—but it was gone in forty-eight hours. It’s a bit expensive, and the taste is very “earthy,” so it’s not for everyone. But for me, TonicGreens has been the only thing that stopped the constant cycle. Just be consistent; it took about a month to really kick in.

The ‘earthy’ taste usually means it’s packed with greens, which is a good sign. How many times a day are you taking it?

I’m in the same boat with Lysine. It worked for a while then just… stopped? I think the body gets used to single supplements. Glad you’re seeing progress.

Always good to see a realistic timeline. People expect results in 3 days, but immune health takes time to build up. Thanks for sharing.

Does it have any added sugar? I find that sugar is a huge trigger for my outbreaks, so I try to avoid it in supplements.

I’ve heard about this blend. Is it okay to take with other vitamins? I’m currently on a multivitamin and Vitamin D.

The mental drain of waiting for the next one is honestly the worst part. If this helps with that anxiety, it’s worth the price.

I’ve been on TonicGreens for five months now. The immune boost is real; I haven’t had a major outbreak since I started. It really helps with that ‘resilience’ feeling.

Seconding the TonicGreens recommendation. It definitely shortened my recovery time when I caught a nasty cold last month too. My system just feels stronger overall.

Thanks for the honest review, especially about the taste. I might mix it into a smoothie to mask the earthiness. Definitely going to give it a look.
